I have just started my review process of the Note Network opportunity. Note Network or America Note Network has a lot of exposure on the net and for good reason. It deals in part with real estate which is a great business to tap into.
Russ Dalbey is an expert in real estate and especially in this niche area of cash flow notes. His course on the subject called "Winning In The Cash Flow Business" offers teachings on how to make money by locating and referring certain notes.
His system focuses primarily in real estate and offers a system of making money without investing any capital or buying /selling property. Real estate is still one of the best investments but from my personal family experience, if you can do it without the hassle of dealing with fixer uppers, and renters who don't pay, that would be the best way.
Please keep one thing in mind as you look at this or other online home business opportunities....if you can't make a sale because you don't know how to market the product, it doesn't matter much what your compensation plan is. Many marketers are trying to pursuade you to their products with pie in the sky hyped up income potentials, and bragging about their webinars, trainings and opportunity calls.
I make sales every day without having to do any of that "work". Again (hint) it is all in the marketing. Don't be fooled! Any compensation plan is good if you can make a sale!!
More on the Note Network, America Note Network and Russ Dalbey's program in the near future. I am very positive about real estate. I do feel that this form of investing may require a certain individual that has some business background to be successful. There are other ways to get started in a home business with less "risk" in terms of cash outflow and starting on a minimal budget.
