Personally I find the Russ Dalby methods to be for only certain business personality types, and also see a need to be quite knowledgeable in making such deals which at least initially may come in your trial and error. The Russ Dalby "3 step program" is intended to guide you through this to minimize your difficulties, however any new business typically is never as easy as it is proclaimed.
I feel there are other ways to make money, even with real estate, than the teachings that Russ Dalby offers.
