I have just started my review process of the Note Network opportunity. Note Network or America Note Network has a lot of exposure on the net and for good reason. It deals in oart with real estate which is a great business to tap into.
Russ Dalbey is an expert in real estate and especially in this niche area of cash flow notes. His course on the subject called "Winning In The Cash Flow Business" offers teachings on how to make money by locating and referring certain notes.
His system focuses primarily in real estate and offers a system of making money without investing any capital or buying /selling property. Real estate is still one of the best investments but from my personal family experience, if you can do it without the hassle of dealing with fixer uppers, and renters who don't pay, that would be the best way.

I do feel that this form of investing may require a certain individual that has some business background to be successful.
