Can this work? From my experiences in Real
Estate investing, sure it can. The only catch is you are looking for
property that others have for some unknown reason been unable to keep
payments up on their property. You being the smart investor, seek out
and find these bargains so you can capitalize on another's loss so to
speak.
My local newspaper has a listing of these
every few months and yes you can find "bargains". I do think that what
John Beck has to teach may take a newbie some extra effort to learn the
in's and out's of buying and selling property.
John Beck's information is valid. I think
real estate has to be in your blood if you plan to make a living in
this field. Then again, passion in what you do is essential in most any
business venture, otherwise it'll just be more "work".
I have a buddy that is very successful in real
estate. Owns 50+ properties.
As I write this, he is asking me to design a
