(T/M) provider and you will be eligable to receive discounted fees.

sign up to check who in your area is included.
The AmeriPlan (T/M) website has numerous
disclosure statements reminding you that they are NOT an insurance
company. They do NOT make payments directly to the provider. You, the
plan member are obligated to pay for these health care services, but
will be charged a discounted fee amount.
You can also cancel your membership at any time.
